Changes to The Way We Communicate

Posted on:

In line with other practices locally, we want to try to reduce our use of paper post now that we have secure digital options available.  This will enable us to communicate with you in a quicker and more secure way.

As of 1st May, all correspondence to patients under the age of 75 will be sent digitally where we have either a mobile number or email address on file for the patient.

It is going to be crucial that the mobile numbers and email addresses that we have on file for you are correct.  To this end, during your contact with the practice – be that telephone or face to face, you may be asked to confirm the details we have on file are still correct.  Going forward, please ensure that you update us if you change your number or email address.
